Great location, quiet place. Easy check-in and check-out. Booking and check-in staff were excellent. Room is equipped with basic kitchen, fridge and utensil. No washer however. Internet wifi can be improved. I have 2 bars however, internet is off most of the time.
We stayed a couple of nights. The cabin was simple but well suited to 2 adults with 2 adult kids. Two seperate bedrooms and a separate lounge room for the early rises. Very nice pool with a reasonable spa and a gym open from 6 am to 10 pm. Would be happy to stay there again.
First the good...the room was clean and well serviced. However, what they called a kitchenette was laughable...cutlery under the sink with the cleaning stuff, mobile hotplates you wouldnt use use if your life depended on it...disgustingly old and dirty. Oh, also, it would have been nice if the huge, oversized bathroom had a door.

Very quiet, relaxed atmosphere, clean and friendly. Perfect base for a day trip to Cradle Mountain. Located 12 minutes drive out of the city, so lovely and quiet. But need a car to access most things.
Overall, it was a very good experience. The villa was clean, as the cleaning staff do a very good job kitchen equipped adequately. The bed was very comfortable. Parking near the villa was convenient to bring in and take out luggage.
Wifi is not working properly- very slow and often disconnected. Check in staff was very friendly. Other aspects are just fine. The room we stayed is on the second floor but there's no elevator. I had to do a bit of weightlifting to carry our luggages (30kg and 40kg) up.
